Life takes funny turns
Just received some rough news last week, but I'm still trying to stay positive. I left a good job of almost 4 years to start a new career. My only concern was that the position was grant funded, but I was assured that it had never been an issue in 15+ years. A few months into the new job I love, the grants were discontinued. Three people were laid off, including myself. So now I'm in the market for a new career. This will be an adventure! Maybe I'll try working remotely and have a career on the west coast here in Florida. I've also considered starting a business. Maybe freelancing? I'll update when I find something.

So Much Happy
It's been a few months since I last signed in, but it's because:
I got married to the love of my life.
We bought a fixer-upper house and have been making repairs.
We found an abandoned puppy, nursed her to health, kept her, and have been training her.
I love my new home and family. I've still been drawing and am trying to open an online store, so more on that later. I'll also post my wedding invitations once I have a chance to photograph them.
