Atychiphobia... the fear of failure. This fear has haunted me since I can remember, especially when it comes to academics.
(There are actually words and phrases written thoughout the shadows of the monster, though it's hard to see in this image. I don't quite remember what they all say, but I do know that they're either things I think to myself, things others say to me, and things that happen that have fed my feeling of failure over the past.)

Hi, I managed an italian art-zine, called Chiamata alle Arti, that each two months collects artworks around the world, fitting the same theme. You can read more deeply about it, here: [link]
Next issue's theme, deadline 15th July, is Fear and I would like to show to our readers, also this work. Obviously the work will be credited, with your name or nick, with link to email and/or website, with your comments, if you wish.
Contact me for more details. You can see all past issues of the artzine, here: [link]
Wow, talk about mixed media!
An impressive deviation, full of symbolism, well made in both a funny and frightening way...
Plus it is evocative for lot of artists, I think.
